The first thing you need to do is to stop buying crappy and unhealthy food, like soda, snacks, cigarettes, alcohol.sweets, and all other unhealthy staff. By doing this you will save a lot of money. For the next step, we will divide this into 2 main categories.

Eggs are cheap, healthy, rich in protein and healthy fats. You can get a dozen eggs for a dollar or two. You can mix them with all sorts of food, and seasonings to get a better taste.
Canned tuna is not the most delicious meal in the world, but it is cheap, high in protein, and there is little to no preparation. Mix it with eggs, various vegetables, etc…
Chicken is healthy, maybe a little bit more expensive than the food above, but if you search enough, you can find it for a very reasonable price. Rich in protein, it is the bread and butter of any lifter.
Peanuts are rich in protein and healthy fats. Great taste, and you can eat it on the go.

Beans are a mixture of good carbs and protein.cheap and healthy If you use canned beans, get rid of the sodium before eating.
Rice is rich in carbohydrates.and can be mixed with a lot of food sources. Best to buy in large quantities, because it is cheaper.
Oats-same principles as rice.
Vegetables are cheap, low in calories, rich in fiber and enzymes, and essential in a healthy lifestyle. Buy vegetables in the marketplace because it is cheaper, and in most cases healthier.
